    A temporary building permit is only for work at or below grade, and only for projects that have already started their 2nd cycle of review, and issued for new ground up construction and allows an early construction start of a portion of the building/structure before the plans and specifications for the entire project have been approved for permit. View the application for additional requirements. 1. Open and download the Temporary Building Permit Request (PDF) 2. Complete and save the application. 3. Upload the completed application here.
