Building and Trade Contractor Services processes non-structural interior demolition applications. If your proposed demolition would involve trade work, it must be submitted as a remodel by returning to the previous menu, selecting "Commercial Building Application," and submitting the project for review. If your project involves demolishing more than 50% of exterior walls, it will need to be submitted as a total demolition.

Otherwise, apply through Building and Trade Contractor Services. This will ONLY apply to work to remove non-structural elements. It can be applied concurrently with an additional remodel scope.

First, select "Apply for a Standalone Building or Trade Permit", then select "Non-structural Demolition."
