    This Residential New Construction or Addition Building Permit Web Form allows you to submit a Building Permit Application for the following:

    • New Single-Family Unit, Small Lot Single-Family Unit, Duplex, Two Units, Three Units (e.g. Additional Dwelling Unit, Tiny Home)
    • New Non-Dwelling Accessory Structure (e.g. Shed, Pergola, etc.)
    • Addition (Expanding Footprint or Covered Area)
    • New Condominium
    • New Townhouse
