Apply for a Commercial Total Demolition Permit

Apply for a Commercial Total Demolition Permit

This web form is for submitting a Total Demolition Building Permit Application for commercial or multi-family structures. Total demolition means the structure will be completely removed from the property.

If your proposed demolition removes a portion of the exterior walls or interior of the structure and includes trade work, close this web form and submit your request as a remodel through our Commercial Building Application Web Form.

If the proposed demolition is only for interior non-structural demolition and does not include trade work, close this web form and submit a Stand-Alone Building Permit for “Non-Structural Demolition (Commercial)” using our Apply for a Standalone Permit Webpage.

If you are submitting a commercial total demolition building permit application, click NEXT.
